Over 1 million Fish Fry dinners served. That’s right our most popular dish the Fried Haddock dinner has a long history here at Alfies. Our guest enjoy enjoy hundreds of pounds of Haddock each week. In September 2009 we served our 1,000,000 dinner. Now we are working towards the 2nd million.
Since we started serving Haddock in Central Florida back in the 1980’s we have seen the popularity of Haddock dinners grow but if you ask any local they will tell you we have the best! The original Alfies in Jamestown New York only served it on Fridays. But should you wait till Friday for something this good?
We have certain days that we feature this item as a special but we serve it every day and all day. Our chefs follow the recipe that my mom and dad started many years ago.
